By submitting your payment to Risk Delight LLC for Panama Immersion Week, you agree to the following:Non-Refundable Deposit: Your deposit secures your place in the February 2026 Panama Immersion Week. It is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you may transfer it to a future Live Spaciously trip within 12 months if requested in writing within 14 days of trip start.Payment in Fullt: Your payment secures your place in the February 2026 Panama Immersion Week. It is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, you may transfer it to a future Live Spaciously trip within 12 months if requested in writing within 14 days of trip start.Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to Immersion date. You will receive an invoice and reminders. Failure to pay by this date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.What’s Included: Your total $2,747 covers accommodations (city, mountains, beach), ground transport, 2 meals/day, cultural experiences, expert sessions, a welcome kit, and a pre-trip and post-trip planning call. Airfare, travel insurance, and personal expenses are not included.Cancellations: If Live Spaciously cancels the trip, your deposit will be refunded or transferred. Cancellations by the participant are not refundable, but transferable per the above.Rooming: Shared rooms are included. Private rooms may be available for an additional fee and are first-come, first-served.Travel Requirements: You are responsible for your passport, travel insurance, and meeting any entry requirements for Panama.By completing this payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
